We are seeking a Tournament Manager to oversee the Iraq National Robotics Competition in Erbil. The Tournament Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the tournament, from team registration to managing the event schedule, ensuring a smooth and successful event.

Responsibilities

Manage Registration: Organize the team registration process and ensure all participants are registered correctly.
Coordinate Schedule: Prepare and organize the event schedule to ensure all activities run on time.
Communication with Teams: Maintain communication with teams to ensure they are prepared and aware of the competition details.
Coordinate with Other Teams: Work closely with the judging, organizing, and support teams to ensure smooth operation during the event.
Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, including equipment, venue arrangements, and other resources required for the competition.

Must Have

Prior experience in event management or organizing competitions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage events on a tight schedule.
Familiarity with event management tools or software.

Nice to have

Some Knowledge about VEX Robotics
Additional languages ( English , Arabic , Kurdish)
